Mrs. Mowery's Teacher Page
Greetings! My name is Karrie Mowery and I am the Gifted Intervention Specialist at Wilson Hill Elementary School. I work with students in the Enrichment Placement Program (E.P.P.). This is a pull out math program that services qualifying students in grades three thru five. This is my eleventh year teaching at Wilson Hill and eighteenth year teaching mathematics.
I graduated from Ohio Dominican University and have a Master's in Talent Development from Ashland University. I am very proud to be a Wilson Hill White Tiger and I am so grateful to be able to teach in Worthington, my childhood hometown. This is my dream job! It is a true privilege to empower Worthington students to change the world.
In my spare time, I enjoy snow-skiing, swimming, gardening, reading, and traveling with my husband. So far, we have been able to tour Australia, Europe, and North America.
